Regarding problems in sending Rim reports
Some of our subscribers could not receive Rim reports by email after Aug 30. We checked on our end and could confirm that the reports were sent to the servers of our subscribers. We are still investigating the details of the problem.
If you could not receive Rim reports, please inform us. As there are also cases where the reports could not be sent due to server security settings on the subscribers’ end, please check with the technical team of your company regarding your server settings.
Besides email, Rim reports can be viewed on our website. If you wish to view Rim reports via our website, please let us know and we will issue an ID and a password for you access the reports.
