Regarding problems in sending Rim reports 2
Some of our subscribers could not receive Rim reports by email after Aug 30.
We checked on our end and confirmed that the reports were sent to the servers of our subscribers. In most cases, the reports were found in the spam folders of our subscribers. It was possible that the email applications or email servers on the subscribers’ end considered our reports as spam mails.
To solve this problem, you need to register our email address “@rim-intelligence.co.jp” in the white-list in your email applications or email servers.
If you are unable to find our reports in your spam folders or unable to receive our reports even after changing the settings above, please inform us.
